Description
Boss DD-2 Digital Delay 1984 Blue Label
Can’t decide between the DD-2 and DD-3? Check out our blog post comparing the DD-2 with early and later DD-3 versions.
Why we love it
The predecessor to the early made in Japan “Long Chip” DD-3 with identical delay circuit, the DD-2 is a stalwart of great sounding vintage digital delay crammed into a stompbox. Delay times from 12.5ms to 800ms and optional stereo output. You won’t regret having this around.
Condition
This effects pedal is conservatively rated as Very Good condition. There are signs of use and age such as chips and scuffs on the exterior of the pedal. Overall in fantastic condition for its age. We replaced the original deteriorating rubber screw gasket. The serial number dates to May 1984. This unit has been thoroughly cleaned and tested with 9v battery and compatible power supply. All functions are operational. The original packaging and instructions are not included.
