The spring loaded pin makes it easy to collapse. Take it with you to a gig and securely lock in place when in use. Easily holds most electric and acoustic guitars and basses. This is an A frame shape guitar stand that is collapsible and portable that I designed and created with function in and usability in mind. My idea with this stand is to take a simple product and make it more stylish while maintaining core functions, to not sacrifice usability. I choose to make things out of wood to highlight the beauty of the natural world and to hopefully bring a little bit of the outdoors inside.

My idea is first and foremost to really design a usable product. These stands are meant to be taken with you to gigs, to practice and out into the world. On the back side there is a spring loaded pin that securely locks the stand in place when open, holding your guitar securely with no worry of slipping and when you need to go pull the pin and fold the stand closed.

I designed this as something I would like in my house and would use in my studio. Something that fits a nice aesthetic and is made in an old school quality way, something that will last for years.
