No international shipping or customs headaches for US customers. All of our imported instruments have already completed international transit, cleared US customs, and are in our possession right here in Phoenix, AZ. All import taxes, duties, or other customs brokerage fees are already paid.

For used or imported items, this means no significant damage, non-functional components, wonky electronics, dead or worn out frets, warped necks, or truss rods that can’t be adjusted, just to name a few. Instruments and effects undergo a thorough inspection process upon arrival. All instruments are professionally setup prior to shipping. The condition is well documented and included in the listing so there are no surprises upon delivery.

Quick and secure shipping. We have been shipping guitars, basses, and other music products for many years and do not take shortcuts with packaging for shipping.
