BLACK BEAUTIES™ color coated bass strings combine the musical benefits of a round core design with the protection of DR’s proprietary K3™ coating. Formulated in Jet Black, the coating has a sleek and sophisticated look, while also providing extra-long life to your strings. A round core wire and stainless-steel wrap give Black Beauties full tone and balanced harmonic response, along with the playability that is one of DR’s signatures. The hard coating also ensures outstanding clarity and articulation by reducing unwanted overtones.
