Description

Hayashi Craft pedals are handcrafted one by one in Japan by Mr. Hayashi himself and are available only through a very small number of authorized dealers.

The DM-305 “Distortion Mill” earns its name with a unique, stone-ground texture—its voice is rough, gripping, and tactile, yet surprisingly articulate. Low-note riffs carry a heavy, physical grind, while high-register lines open up and sing cleanly without harshness.

Tonally, the Distortion Mill lives near the RAT-style distortion family: thick low-end growl, harmonically rich grit, and singing upper mids. It’s not a clone—more like a boutique, hand-refined take on that expressive, grainy distortion feel.
