The Electro-Harmonix Pico Deep Freeze takes the essence of the acclaimed Freeze pedal and packs it into an even smaller, more flexible enclosure. Designed to sustain sound indefinitely, it lets players “freeze” a note or chord to create a continuous layer, transforming a simple rig into a cinematic soundscape generator.

The Speed/Layer knob adjusts the fade in and out of the frozen sound, while Gliss sets the transition smoothness between held notes. The Effect Level control blends the sustained pad with your live signal. Three operation modes — Latch, Momentary, and Auto — offer precise control over how and when the sound is held.

Compact, road-ready, and endlessly creative, the Pico Deep Freeze turns your instrument into both melody and backdrop, creating the kind of depth usually reserved for synths and studios.
