Professor’s Notes

A very special shop order version of the elusive two-channel version of Shin’s immersive Dumble-style tube amp magic in a wonderfully crafted, boutique package. The two channels can be run in series to achieve a thicker, more compressed sound. It’s fantastically easy to find a great sound with the two differently voiced low gain and Special channels. Amazingly amp like with smooth compression that accentuates and responds to the dynamics of your playing. Why buy one channel when you can have two at twice the price? 😉

Condition

This effects pedal is in Excellent condition with few discernible signs of use. There are two very small dents on the bottom left of the front metal panel as well as very small dents on the Shin's nameplate. This unit has been thoroughly cleaned and tested with a compatible power supply and 9v battery. All functions are operational with no issues. The original packaging and instructions are not included.

Description

This is a very special dual channel DUMBLOID with LO-G (low gain) and SP (Special) Dumbloid channel. Like a dual channel amp, it has two differently voiced completely independent channels. You can preset and switch between two different tones or run both channels in series. Both channels have a jazz/rock switch and EQ controls.

The DUMBLOID pedal is based on the legendary Dumble-style amp. Just plug it in and experience the sound of the legendary amp that has attracted world-class players. The real tube-like sound and smooth compression overwhelm the nuances of your picking.

The DUMBLOID Special (SP) includes the Jazz/Rock voicing switch made famous by the legendary Overdrive Special. The Jazz position gives an overall "rounder" sound, while the "Rock" position gives a softer characteristic, especially in the midrange when overdriven.
